What We Watch

Always On
So You Don't Have to Be.

Uptime
We monitor your site 24/7 and are alerted the moment it goes down, before your customers notice.
Security
Daily malware scans, firewall monitoring, and immediate response to any threat. One breach can cost far more than a year of care plan fees.
Performance
PageSpeed and Core Web Vitals tracked monthly. We flag and fix regressions before they affect your rankings or conversion rate.
Backups
Automated daily or weekly backups with offsite storage. If anything goes wrong, we restore, not you.
The Real Risk

What Happens
When You Don't.

Most website emergencies are preventable. Hacked sites, corrupted databases, broken checkouts, and disappearing content, the vast majority trace back to one thing: a site that was built and then forgotten.

The businesses that pay for an emergency rebuild are almost always the ones who were saving money by not paying for maintenance. The math never works in their favor.

  • Outdated plugins are the #1 vector for WordPress site hacks
  • Average cost of a hacked website recovery: $2,000–$10,000
  • A site without backups that crashes loses everything, content, customers, history
  • Unmaintained CMS installs run slower month over month as technical debt compounds
  • Security gaps create liability, especially for sites that process payments or hold customer data
FAQ

Common Questions.

In some cases, yes. We do a technical audit of the site first to assess its condition. If the codebase is clean and maintainable, we'll take it on. If it's built on an architecture we can't safely support, we'll tell you that honestly, and often recommend a rebuild as the more cost-effective path long term.
Text changes, image swaps, adding or updating team bios, service descriptions, hours, pricing, and similar edits. New page design or significant layout changes aren't covered under the included hours but can be quoted separately. Most routine content needs fall well within the monthly allowance.
Additional hours are billed at our standard rate, and we'll always flag it before proceeding if a request will go over your monthly allowance. You're never surprised by an invoice. Larger projects that come through during a retainer get properly scoped and quoted separately.
After the 3-month minimum, you can cancel with 30 days notice. We'll hand off everything, backups, credentials, documentation, so you can move to another provider without disruption. We don't believe in retention through complexity.
